Cancellation Policy - Rudocode

At Rudocode, we understand that project requirements may change. This Cancellation Policy explains how service and project cancellations are handled.

1. Project Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation by providing written notice via email or official communication channels. Cancellation will be effective from the date of confirmation.

2. Work Completed Till Date

Any work completed up to the cancellation date, including planning, UI/UX, development, testing, consultation, or deployment, will be billed and is non-cancellable.

3. Advance & Milestone Payments

Advance amounts already utilized for allocated resources, server setup, design work, or development hours are non-refundable. Unused milestone amounts may be adjusted as per the refund policy.

4. Subscription / AMC Services

For monthly maintenance, support, AMC, cloud monitoring, or recurring services, cancellation will stop future renewals only. The active billing cycle cannot be cancelled mid-term.

5. Cancellation by Rudocode

Rudocode reserves the right to cancel or suspend services in cases of payment default, abusive behavior, illegal use, delayed approvals, or repeated communication failure.

6. Third-Party Services

Domains, hosting, SSL, APIs, WhatsApp, SMS, payment gateway, and cloud vendor subscriptions are governed by their own cancellation terms and may not be cancellable once activated.
