Refund Policy - Rudocode

Last Updated: April 2026

At Rudocode, we aim to deliver high-quality IT and software solutions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

1. Advance Payments

All advance payments made for project initiation, resource allocation, planning, or design work are generally non-refundable.

2. Milestone-Based Refunds

If a project is cancelled before a specific milestone has started, the unused milestone amount may be eligible for a partial refund after review.

3. Completed Work

No refund will be issued for completed milestones, delivered source code, approved designs, consultations, or deployed services.

4. Third-Party Costs

Payments made toward domains, hosting, APIs, cloud services, licenses, SMS, WhatsApp, or payment gateway setup are strictly non-refundable.

5. Client Delays

If project delivery is delayed due to missing content, credentials, approvals, or communication from the client side, refunds will not apply.

6. Service Cancellation

For monthly maintenance, AMC, server support, or subscription-based services, cancellation will stop future billing, but the current billing cycle amount is non-refundable.

7. Exceptional Cases

Any refund outside these terms will be solely at the discretion of Rudocode management after reviewing the project status.
